Wreck-It Ralph : I'm Gonna Wreck It!

Wreck-It Ralph is a 2012 American 3D computer-animated family-comedy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures.

It is a story about a bad guy from an arcade game, Fix-It Felix, Jr., who wants to be a hero to prove that he is just not only a bad guy.
He sets his journey but not knowing that he would indirectly creates havoc to the entire arcade-game universe and almost got Fix-It Felix, Jr. unplugged

Wreck-It Ralph, 'Ralph'
He has a pair of super strong and huge arms, dedicated to wreck everything.

In the movie, it shows that Ralph is tired of being the 'Bad Guy' and wishes for once, to be showered with praises, pies and kisses and also to be welcomed from the Niceland citizens, like Fix-It Felix is.
Even though Ralph doesn't looks like it, but he is actually a softie inside.

( Longing for comfort and acceptance )

( Giving one of the cherries to the Q*berts. Awwwww... )

Fix-It Felix, 'Felix'
There is absolutely nothing bad about Felix.
He is the 'Good Guy' and a hero to Niceland citizens in the Fix-It Felix, Jr.
When Ralph goes missing in the game, he promised the others to get Ralph back to the game before anything else goes wrong.
Later in the movie, it shows that Felix is a considered person and knows Q*bert language.
( Using his golden hammer to fix everything! )

Vanellope von Schweetz, 'Vanellope'
Also known as 'The Glitch' in the Sugar Rush, a candy-coated cart racing arcade game.
She is superb cute in her green hoodie and so cute until you will never notice her sarcasm.

Ralph finds her annoying when he first met her.
Well, what do you think?

She is ignored for years by the other racers and they don't want her in the race or glitching.
And Ralph becomes the only one who will accepts her as who she is and helping her to get into the race.

( Ralph must be thinking: "So pink-ish..." )

Sergeant Tamora Jean Calhoun, 'Sergeant Calhoun'
She is the take-charge leader in the arcade game, Hero's Duty.
Being called as 'tough-as-nails' often because she just is so.
Fuel by her own personal vendetta and will stop at nothing to fight for humanity's freedom.
When she is not offering in-game intel, she will trains her troops hard for the next attack wave against the Cy-Bugs.
( Yeap, that's Ralph on the right! )

Overall, the movie is good, suitable for both adult and children.
It made me excited, happy, sad and touching at the same time.
My feelings are all mixed up!
That is because I miss gaming so much!
And yeah I was a die hard gamer.
When I was a kid, I went to arcade almost three times a week to play those shooting games, para-para dance games, music games, racing games and so on!
Hahahaa.

My rating:

Definitely 5 out of 5!
