Do you know what is Dream Catcher?
I only understand some of its meaning,
It's a charm or lucky charm, taken from the tradition, most ancient and fascinating Native Americans,
They believe dreams that humans have while they sleep, are message sent by sacred spirits.
According to their Legend, in the center of the Dream Catcher there is a hole.
Good dreams are permitted to reach the sleeper through this hole in the web.
As for the bad dreams, the web traps them and they disappear at dawn with the first light.
For some, they try to determine what messages are being past onto them and what the message represents.
The Dream Catcher represents several meanings.
All of the decorations and materials used to decorate them, have a special meaning.
A single bead in the middle may represent the spider that is on the web.
Scattered beads throughout the web may represent good dreams that may have been caught throughout the night.
A feather represents a symbol of breath or air which is attached so it hangs from the center of the ring.
It is essential for life.
A baby watching the air playing with the feather on her cradle-board was entertained while also being given a lesson on the importance of good air.

I haven't time to read and research more about Dream Catcher ...
I first knew about it NOT from Twilight.
But from a friend, she came to the tattoo shop to visit another friend getting his tattoo done.
She somehow told me that she wants to do either Dream Catcher or Bushido.
Days gone by and today somehow when I was stalking Channing Tatum pictures,
Then somehow stumble upon Miley Cyrus's tattoo pictures.
She has like 13 tattoos?
Not big ones though, small tattoos and wordings.
She claimed it all has meanings and, she'll never tattoo meaningless ones.
Her biggest tattoo is the Dream Catcher.
Very nice one.
Her half brother has tattoos all over his body,
His dad has few too, her mom and other siblings too.
Oh, Miley Cyrus is part of Cherokee, so it's not really surprising that she'll get something related to her inner Native American.
Of course, I know people will say it's cool to ink your body,
Ya just doing it for show-show.
I cannot deny that I don't like to show my tattoo.
But to me, it has meaning.
Not just for fun and whatever for show-show.
So...
Yeah....
I'm quite taken with the Dream Catcher now.
But I hesitate to ink it because, back to the beginning,
There's a female friend wanted to do it,
I don't want her to misunderstood that I steal her idea or following her interest.
Maybe I think too much.

I used a pen to draw so it's not that round and I'm noob in drawing...
I can't put visible bead in the middle of the web.
