Let me present you my today's diet meals,
Breakfast sometimes I drink Soya Bean or just an half-boiled egg or miso soup,
Lunch is Round Cabbage and Boiled Egg, with Soy Souce,
and Dinner is Broccoli, with Soy Souce,
I love these veggies,
And I don't mind if I can't eat meats,
Because I'm not so fancy with meats,
Unless it is Fish, Salmon, Squid, Prawn, Crab...
Now only I realise that I do actually like seafoods...
It is hard for me to resist deserts and well I do still eat them,
Just in small portion, of course...
